Good news for Welland residents!
The City has teamed up with Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities for the "Jumpstart Inclusive Multisport Court."
The court will operate as a sub-facility in the Empire Multicourt and will feature eight basketball nets, court lines for sports such as basketball, tennis and ball hockey, and wheelchair accessible seating and tables.
A new splash pad will also be installed by Jumpstart at the Welland International Flatwater Centre.
