This after WHO doctor calls it a dangerous trend
The World Health Organization causing a debate in Canada over whether it is safe or not to mix COVID-19 vaccines.
One of the agencies top doctors', Soumya Swaminathan says mixing doses could prove to be a bit of a dangerous trend particularly if we end up needing booster shots.
The doctor cautioning there is limited data on mixing and matching.
Canadian officials were quick to respond saying mixing vaccines has been approved by the National Advisory Committee on Immunization.
Several provincial medical officer's of health were also quick to come out in support of Canada's approach saying people should get the first available vaccine offered to them
