Offer includes increases to the Canada Health Transfer and bilateral deal for each province and territory
Canada's premiers have agreed to accept the federal government's 10-year health care funding offer.
Last week, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau presented a $196 billion offer that includes increases to the Canada Health Transfer.
It also includes $25 billion for bilateral deals for each province and territory.
Sources say the premiers still plan to push Trudeau on long-term challenges, due to concerns that the money will not meet the needs of the provinces.
