Drive-in opens Friday

Not only can you sit and have a bite to eat on a patio Friday, you can also go to the drive-in.

Can-View Drive-In on Regional Road 20 in Thorold, announcing on its Facebook page it will open for the season on the 11th.

Restrictions will be in place.

Vehicles must be parked 2 meters from each other and customers must remain in the vehicle except to visit the building for washrooms or concessions.

Lawn chairs and truck bed viewing will not be permitted during phase one.

Vans and SUV's can have the hatch open as long as patrons remain in that enclosed space.

Canview also says there wont be any grill food for sale this weekend just popcorn and drinks to start.
