Niagara Regional Police stopped about 425 vehicles this weekend at RIDE checkpoints in Welland and St. Catharines.
Just 30 minutes in, a man from Welland was arrested for impaired.
In between checkpoints, police found a 14-year-old driving in the Falls and he was charged with unlicensed driving.
On top of that, 20 other drivers were stopped and asked for breath samples.
Six were in the warn range and got three-day license suspensions.
Other tickets were handed out on Saturday for other traffic related offences.
