Seven local municipalities will be teaming up with Brock's Environmental Sustainability Research Centre, for Niagara Adapts.
It's an alliance, with a goal of finding innovative ways to address climate change in the Region.
Brock researchers will be working with Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Pelham, Lincoln, Grimsby and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
They will try to address vulnerabilities in local communities and manage the impacts.
An official launch will be taking place at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre on Wednesday November 27th, starting a 7:00 p.m. at the Film House.
