Suspect considered armed and dangerous
Niagara Regional Police are on the hunt for a man accused of human trafficking.
Earlier this month, an investigation was launched into the trafficking of a woman throughout the region.
The suspect has been identified as 32 year old O'Neil Christopher King of Brampton.
Last night, police spotted King inside a red 2015 Dodge Dart near Clifford's Creek Park in St. Catharines.
Investigators say as officers converged into the area, the suspect allegedly abandoned the vehicle and ran into a ravine.
Police tried to find the suspect, but were unsuccessful.
The track led officers to the guardrail of Highway 406, and it's believed the suspect ran across live lanes of the highway to escape.
King is wanted on the following charges:
- Financial material benefit trafficking person over 18
 - Advertising another person’s sexual services
 - Trafficking in persons by exercising control
 - Material benefits from sexual services
 - Fail to comply with probation order
 - Procuring / exercising control
 - Uttering threats
 - Assault

Police say King is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who sees him should call 911.
