The body of a Windsor man, as well as unidentified human remains, have been discovered
The body of a Windsor man has been recovered in Nova Scotia.
According to the RCMP, the 52 year old man was one of four people who went missing after their vehicles became submerged in water when they tried to flee the area of West Hants, which is northwest of Halifax.
First responders have also found unidentified human remains.
The three remaining individuals include a youth and two children.
The province remains under a state of emergency after this weekend's weather, which saw torrential downpours and massive flooding.
