A man from Barrie has been arrested in connection to a Niagara human trafficking case.
Forty-seven year old Jason Wallace was arrested on March 1st by members of the Provincial Anti-Human Trafficking Intelligence-led Joint Force Strategy (IJFS),
The IJFS includes members of the OPP, Barrie Police Service and Niagara Regional Police Services.
On February 26th, members of the IJFS were made aware that Wallace had returned to Barrie, despite being wanted by Niagara Regional Police on warrants for breaching conditions on human trafficking related charges.
A court date has been scheduled, and anyone with information relating to the case is asked to call the OPP non-emergency number at 1-833-900-1010.
