Niagara Regional Police have arrested a 29-year-old from Niagara Falls.
On November 19 NRP responded to a call at a restaurant on Drummond Road where a robbery had just occurred.
After an investigation it was found the man was unsuccessful and fled the scene on foot.
Yesterday police found and arrested the man.
He is charged with Robbery and Disguise with Intent and had a bail hearing yesterday.
