NRP thank public assistance after robbery in Lundy's Lane parking lot
A break-through by police in connection to a robbery and assault at the Value Village parking lot on Lundy's Lane.
They say they've arrested a man who they say stole another man's wallet on July 8th.
Police say the victim had been sitting in his car, when the suspect walked up, unprovoked, and assaulted and stole the other man's wallet.
Police add public assistance led them to arresting 40-year old David E. Morgan of Niagara on the Lake on Monday, charging him with robbery, and failing to comply with probation.
He had a bail hearing yesterday, and was released with conditions.
He has another court date on August 27th.
