NRP officers stopped about 150 vehicles, while conducting a R.I.D.E. checkpoint in St. Catharines.
They conducted seven breathalyzer tests on Friday. One driver failed and two others registered in the warning range.
The driver that failed was arrested for impaired driving. The other two drivers each has their license suspended for three days.
While conducting the R.I.D.E program, officers also spotted a vehicle that turned around to try to avoid it.
Another officer was able to pull the vehicle over and later discovered that it had a stolen license plate.
Police say the driver of that vehicle also had a suspended license.
