Apple mobile device users can now add enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code to Apple Wallet.
People who have an iPhone can now add their vaccine passport with QR code directly to their Apple Wallet.
The province says the feature is available to users with the iOS 15.1 operating system, which was just launched this week.
Once an individual has opened their certificate on their computer desktop, they can snap a photo of the QR code, and the phone will scan it automatically.
Once the code is scanned, users will be prompted to save it to Apple Wallet and Apple Health.
Users who already have the vaccine passport in Apple Health can also add it to Apple Wallet after updating their device's operating system.
