A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared on the Stamford Unit at Millennium Trail Manor.
Routine surveillance testing at the Niagara Falls home determined that two staff members and two residents tested positive for the virus.
All four people infected are self-isolating.
A number of additional safety measures have been implemented at the Stamford unit, including twice daily screening of all residents and staff, enhanced cleaning, and dedicated staffing.
Temporarily, Millennium Trail Manor is under the management of Niagara Health.
This is due to a previous outbreak that started in the home in September.
