It’s located at the corner of First Street and Plymouth Road and it will soon be the location of Habitat’s next affordable housing build.
The city will provide exemptions to development charge payments, which will save Habitat over $57,000.
It’s also going to cover the cost of a water and sewer lateral line, which adds up to another $11,000 in savings.
Mayor Frank Campion says the city is always happy to work with Habitat for Humanity.
The organization has built 26 affordable housing units in the Rose City since 1993.
