Border crossing linking Detroit and Windsor re-opened after reports of "possible explosives."
Windsor Police say the Ambassador Bridge, which links Windsor and Detroit, has re-opened after being shut down for hours earlier today.
Officials claim Canada Border Services Agency officers contacted police after possible explosives were found inside a car at an inspection point.
The driver of the vehicle involved has been detained pending further investigation.
Police say access to the bridge is available off of Wyandotte Street West only.
