A 70 year old man is dead following a tractor incident in Port Colborne over the weekend.
Niagara Regional Police and Emergency Medical Services responded to a call Saturday afternoon in the area of Chippawa Road and Babion Road.
Officers arrived on scene at a large field to find a tractor flipped over with the driver pinned underneath.
Police reporting the man was operating the tractor, when he attempted to go up a steep hill it flipped over pinning him underneath.
The 70 year old male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing by detectives with the Collision Reconstruction Unit and the office of the coroner.
