Niagara Public Health is reporting 99 new cases of COVID-19 today.
The death toll is steady at 376, and there are 14 people in local hospitals with the virus.
Niagara has 12 confirmed cases of the variant initially discovered in the U.K.
An additional 334 cases remain under investigation after variants of concern were detected.
The region has 858 active cases and 31 active outbreaks.
There are 203 active cases in Welland, 186 in St. Catharines and 123 in the Falls.
Ontario has 2,938 new cases today, and 3,041 yesterday.
Today, there are 906 new cases in Toronto, 533 in Peel, 391 in York Region, 230 in Ottawa and 140 in Durham.
