89 New COVID-19 Cases in Niagara

Niagara Public Health is reporting 89 new COVID-19 cases today, and 16 more deaths.

Our death toll is now at 239, and 79 people are battling the virus in our local hospitals.

Our active case count is at 1669, and there are 256 more resolved cases today.

There are 55 active outbreaks right now.

St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland have the most active cases in the region.

The province reported 2655 new cases today.

There were 925 in Toronto, 473 in Peel, 226 in York Region and 179 in Windsor-Essex County.
