Niagara Public Health is reporting 66 new COVID-19 cases today.
The death toll is steady at 401.
As of this morning, 52 people are battling the virus in local hospitals, and 23 are in ICUs.
The number of active cases is at 1,247, with St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland accounting for over two-thirds of Niagara's active case count.
Over 46 percent of Niagara residents have received their first vaccination, and three percent have been fully vaccinated.
