Niagara Public Health is reporting 42 new COVID-19 cases today.
The death toll remains at 400.
Currently, there are 1,336 active cases, with about two-thirds coming from St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland.
As of this morning, there are 54 patients in local hospitals with the virus, and 23 are in ICUs.
Niagara Health reports the Level 3 ICU capacity at the St. Catharines site is at 164 percent.
