NRP say they robbed a 15-year old, a weapon was shown, one accused is 12-years old
Three Fort Erie boys have been charged with robbery after an incident in the Municipal Drive area.
Police were called around 7:30 last night to reports of a robbery, and when they arrived found a 15-year old victim has been approached by the three.
Police say the youths concealed their identities, and demanded property belonging to the victim, and a weapon was shown.
Police found the three a short distance away, and found one of them was responsible for a prior robbery.
They've charged a 13-year old with two counts of robbery and one count of disguise with intent, a 14-year old with robbery and disguise with intent, and a 12-year old also charged with robbery.
The victim was not hurt.
Police add 2 of the accused were held pending a bail hearing today in St. Catharines, while the other accused was released with a Promise to Appear future court date.
