A slight uptick in new COVID-19 cases in Niagara.
Niagara Region Public Health is reporting 29 new COVID-19 cases today.
The death toll remains at 428.
Currently, there are 10 Niagara Health patients with the virus, and three are in the ICU.
Only one of the hospital patients has received both jabs.
Throughout Niagara, there are 10 active outbreaks and 247 active cases.
Over 694,000 shots have been administered, and around 74.9 percent of Niagara residents have at least one vaccination.
So far, 69.4 percent of residents are fully immunized.
