Five of the outbreaks are new, though it's not specified where the new outbreaks are taking place.
Four of the remaining outbreaks are in long-term care homes.
More than 724,000 doses have been administered in Niagara, with 76.8 percent of residents having one dose and 73.2 percent fully immunized.
