The SPCA has captured the final dog that was roaming free on the property.
The dog was seized around 7:00 last night.
Camera surveillance shows that there are no other free-roaming dogs near the property.
The SPCA is still on the scene, focusing on humanely capturing cats that remain there.
The public is asked to stay away from the property while the efforts continue.
Anyone who wishes to donate money for the care of the animals can do so here.
The Niagara SPCA and Humane Society taking the dogs from a property on Montrose Road
The seizure on Friday, came after a video of the dogs living in appalling conditions in kennels on the property was posted to social media.
Crowds of protestors turned out at the home prompting the Humane Society to ask the demonstrators to give their officers space to do their job
Twenty-five dogs were taken into their care, two of the dogs were found roaming around in the area.
Executive Director John Greer says they are aware there may be other dogs on the loose and they have set humane traps to try to catch them.
In a post on Facebook, the SPCA says "We'd like to thank the public for your outpouring of support during this time."
Any donations to help them care for the 25 dogs would be greatly appreciated.
