Mary Ann Edwards of St. Catharines and Donald Triggs of Niagara-on-the-Lake were among the 80 new appointments announced today

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, made 80 new appointments to the Order of Canada today.

Among them are 2 with strong ties to the Niagara Region.
