Niagara Region Public Health is reporting 19 new COVID-19 infections today.
The death toll remains at 439.
There are thirteen people with the virus in local hospitals and three are in ICUs.
Seven of the patients are unvaccinated.
There are 227 active cases, with the largest amounts coming from St. Catharines, Fort Erie and Niagara Falls.
There are also 14 active outbreaks.
More than 737,000 doses have been administered in the region.
About 77.5 percent of local residents have their first dose, and 74.6 percent have their second.
