Niagara Falls, ON — August 7, 2025 — The Niagara Falls Cat Café is thrilled to announce its One-Year
Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, August 23rd, and is inviting the local community—and local
media—to join in the festivities!
As Niagara’s first and only cat café, we’ve spent the past year connecting people and rescue cats in a
warm, welcoming environment. To celebrate this milestone, we’re hosting a special event to thank our
supporters, highlight our incredible rescue partners, and raise funds for the cats who still need homes.

Niagara Falls Community Cats ■ Happy Days Sanctuary • $5 Hot Dog & Pop Special – 100% of
proceeds donated directly to the rescues! • Meet adoptable cats, enjoy treats and refreshments, take
photos, and learn how to get involved with local rescue work.
“We’re so proud of the work we’ve done over the last year,” says Jacqueline Staples, owner of the
Niagara Falls Cat Café. “This anniversary is really a celebration of the whole community—our
volunteers, our guests, and the rescues we partner with. We couldn’t have done it without them.”
Local media representatives are invited to attend, interview rescue partners, meet the adoptable cats,
and help us spread awareness about the importance of fostering and adoption.
