Winter Term Begins Today for Niagara College Students

Some will be back on campus, others will go online

College officials deciding earlier this month any program elements, that can be delivered virtually, will be taught online until February 25th.

College president Sean Kennedy adding "while we are hopeful that the second half of the term will allow for an increase in on-campus learning, that decision will depend on the available data and government and public health guidance and direction at the time."

For those students who are heading back to campus, the college has a new masking policy in place.

Medical-grade masks will now be required for entry to campus.

The masks will be provided at designated access points for those who arrive without one.

Meantime, DSBN and Niagara Catholic students begin remote learning starting tomorrow until January 17th.
