St. Catharines, Pelham, Welland to Discontinue Proof of Vaccination Requirements

Effective tomorrow, vaccine passport no longer required to enter City facilities in Pelham, Welland or St. Catharines

As the province enters the next step of re-opening tomorrow, several municipalities are scrapping proof of vaccination requirements to enter City facilities starting tomorrow. 

St. Catharines officials noting visitors will still need to self-screen at entry, wear a mask and physically distance when entering facilities. 

Residents can also book appointments and pre-register for programs on the City's website

Capacity limits at City of St. Catharines facilities will also be lifted tomorrow. 

In Pelham, the Meridian Community Centre will be fully open to the public beginning tomorrow, and visitors will need to screen for symptoms and wear a mask. 

Meanwhile, City of Welland officials also noting masks, self screening and physical distancing will be required at its facilities.
