Service Ontario Expanding Online Service

Enhanced booking system at ServiceOntario now available at 64 centres

Premier Doug Ford has announced some changes to Service Ontario.

At 64 of the busiest locations, customers can now book one appointment for an entire family or take care of several services at once.

This includes locations in Grimsby and St. Catharines.

"We’re making it easier for people and businesses to connect with ServiceOntario, putting customers first and saving people time and money," said Premier Doug Ford. "Across our government, we’re making it less complicated and more convenient for people to interact with government. We’ll never stop working to improve the services we offer people."

As well, eligible Ontarians who may find it difficult to go to a centre in person can book virtual appointments to renew health cards.

Ford also notes in the next few months, couples will have a chance to apply for marriage licenses online.

As well, some municipalities and digital dealership registration will be expanded to include used cars and trade-in vehicles.
