Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad Seeking Federal Offender Known to Frequent Niagara

The province's R.O.P.E. Squad has issued a Canada Wide Warrant for a man who breached his statutory release.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public's help to locate a man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant. 

Twenty-eight year old Teneal Richards is known to frequent the Niagara, Hamilton and Greater Toronto areas. 

He is currently serving a two and a half year sentence for weapon-related offences. 

Richards is described as a black male who is about 5'10", and 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. 

He has tattoos on both arms. 

Anyone with information is asked to call 911, the Provincial ROPE Squad at 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE) or Crime Stoppers at at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
