Pollen Season Is Here

Warmer weather brings rising tree pollen counts

With the warmer temperatures and drier conditions, allergy sufferers are feeling the pain.

According to data from Western New York, the first tree pollen counts started in mid March, but now they are starting to ramp up.

Tree pollen is the most dominate this time of year, especially for anyone sensitive to allergens from Maple, Elm, Poplar or Juniper trees.

We transition to grass pollen in May and then weed pollen in June and July, followed by the dreaded ragweed season in August.
