Police Trying to Figure Out How a Man Suffered Multiple Injuries

Police are asking for security cam footage from homeowners living near Lundy's Lane in the falls

Police are asking homeowners in an area of Niagara Falls to check their home security cams in the search for a suspect in an assault last week.

Officers were called to an area of Lowell Avenue and North Street last Wednesday around 2:00 in the morning after a 43 year old man was found suffering multiple non life threatening injuries.

Police are still trying to determine who assaulted him.

They say he had walked along Lundy's Lane at Corwin Avenue between midnight and 1 am on September 8th.

He then walked along Lundy's Lane near Franklin Avenue around 1 am.

Detectives would like homeowners who live on Corwin Avenue, Spence Street, Barker Street, Carlton Avenue and Culp Street to review any exterior video surveillance between 12:00am and 1:00am on the morning of the assault for any signs of a disturbance or fight.

Anyone with information is being asked to the 2 District Criminal Investigative Branch at 905-688-4111 ext.1009496.
