Man reported missing in Welland found safe.
A man who had been reported missing in Welland has been found safe.
Police say 28 year old Steven Soos was reported missing around 10:15 a.m. this morning, and has been located in the Niagara Region.
The NRP is thanking the public for their assistance in the matter.
