PM to Speak at Emergencies Act Inquiry

Justin Trudeau's testimony will end 6 weeks of inquiry

The Prime Minister is expected to speak Friday at the inquiry looking into the federal government's use of the Emergencies Act during the Freedom Convoy protests.

Meanwhile, the head of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service will testify with two other C-SIS officials today.

The inquiry has previously heard that C-SIS determined the protests were not a threat to national security according to the legal definition the agency uses to identify such threats.

Other top cabinet ministers are also expected to appear in this final week of the inquiry.
