Pathstone Set for In Person, Region Wide Clinics

Pathstone Mental Health is re-opening in-person, face-to-face clinics in communities across Niagara starting on Monday, July 5th.

Pathstone Mental Health is re-opening in-person, walk-in, region wide clinics on Monday, July 5.

At the same time they are also launching their second POP-Up Project campaign helping teens struggling with eating disorders.

According to Pathstone, over the past 16 months added stress, anxiety, and depression has led to some teens developing an eating disorder as a way to cope while others have seen their eating disorder worsen.

The pandemic has forced the clinic to continually adjust services to ensure children, youth and families receive the mental health support they need.

Kim Rossi, Director of Philanthropy and PR at Pathstone says they are excited to re-open the clinics and that the face-to-face, in-person experience is preferred.

Rossi went on to say appointments can be made today for sessions as early as Monday, July 5.

Effective Monday Pathstone Mental Health will offer FREE, immediate, mental health
support without a referral or health card, but an appointment is required.

In St. Catharines sessions are offered Monday to Friday, Thorold and Welland every Monday, every Tuesday in Fort Erie, Port Colborne and Grimsby every Wednesday and Niagara Falls and Beamsville every Thursday.

Video Counselling is also available Monday-Friday from anywhere in Niagara

An appointment is required for in-person or video walk-in clinic services and can be made
by calling 1-800-263-4944 (same day or advance appointments are available for our off site
locations).
