Niagara Regional officials asking residents not to dump their garbage in community bins.
Officials tweeting out while public litter bins are useful for our whole community they are not so useful when people use them for their personal household garbage.
The region adding the public bins are for disposing of items like coffee cups and doggy bags, not household waste.
