4 are set up
If you drive an EV, and need a place to charge, there are now four options in Port Colborne.
City council and the Environmental Advisory Committee have worked with FLO, to set them up at H.H. Knoll Lakeview Park, Market Square, the municipal parking lot at 109 Main Street, and the Vale Health and Wellness Centre.
The city says each station has two charging ports, adding to FLO's network of more than 140,000 public stations.
Mayor Bill Steele says the chargers are a great addition to many green initiatives in Port Colborne, including many EVs in the city's public works vehicles.
