It will be sticky again today in Niagara

Five regions in southwestern Ontario are now under a heat warning.

Environment Canada warning residents Windsor, Chatham-Kent, Rondeau Park, Leamington and Essex County to take measures to escape the heat.

The federal weather agency warns that maximum temperatures today will be in the low to mid-30s.

Minimum temperatures will be in the low 20s tonight and cooler air is expected tomorrow.

Today in Niagara, we can expect a high of 30 C with a humidex around 34 C.

And St. Catharines Fire Services is also reminding us not to leave our pets in hot vehicles.
