UPDATE: Man Charged in Niagara Falls Hit-and-Run

UPDATE 4: A 26-year-old man from Niagara Falls has been charged with failing to stop.

He turned himself into Niagara Regional Police yesterday and his identity has not been released at this time. 

Police have also seized the car for further examination. 

 

UPDATE 3: The NRP has released security camera footage, leading up to a fatal hit-and-run in Niagara Falls. 

The video shows the man on his bike, followed by a possible witness in a light coloured car and the suspect vehicle.

UPDATE 2: Police have identified the 52-year-old man, who was killed in a fatal hit-and-run in Niagara Falls.

The NRP says Paul Brain Fulton died after he was hit by a car in the Drummond Road and Dixon Road area Thursday night. 

He was driving an e-bike when he hit the curb and lost control. 

Police say a northbound vehicle witnessed this and slowed down close to Dixon Road. 

They would like to speak with the driver. 

 

UPDATE 1: Police believe the vehicle involved, could be a grey Mazda 3 in the 2014 to 2016 model year.

It may have minor damage to the front end and bumper.

The NRP is investigating a fatal hit-and-run in Niagara Falls.

Police say a 52-year-old man was driving an e-bike in the Drummond Road and Dunn Street area last night when he lost control and was thrown off. 

That's when he was hit by a southbound vehicle. 

Officers say the driver did not stop. 

The man later died in the hospital.
