City of Niagara Falls Brings Back Toys for Tickets Program

Today until Friday, you can pay parking tickets received between November 2nd and December 2nd by donating a toy.

The City of Niagara Falls is bringing back its Toys for Tickets program.

If you received a parking ticket between November 1st and December 2nd, you have the option to pay it back by donating a new, unwrapped toy.

You'll need to bring a receipt, and the value of the toy must be equal to or higher than the amount of your ticket.

Toys can be dropped off today until Friday at City Hall or the MacBain Community Centre.

Donations will go to Project SHARE and the Salvation Army.

The charities say the greatest need for gifts is for kids between 12 and 15 years old.

Suggestions include movies, music, and clothing or gift cards for these items.

You don't need a ticket to make a donation.
