Police say it happened starting in 2014, they've charged a babysitter
Police are appealing for public assistance as they look into a child abuse case in Niagara Falls.
It was early this month when they started investigating the repeated sexual assault of a girl under 16-years old, by a man who was babysitting, for a 10-year period starting in 2014.
Yesterday, police arrested 31-year old Nygel Kovacs of Niagara Falls, charging him with sexual assault, sexual interference, and invitation to sexual touching.
He has a bail hearing today.
Police received information that he babysat other children, and there could be more victims.
Call police if you know anything about this case of child abuse.
