Charges Laid Following Niagara Falls Stabbing

A 33-year-old man has been charged, after another man was stabbed in Niagara Falls.

Police say it happened early yesterday morning, at a coffee shop in the Stanley Ave and Murray Street area.

The NRP says he ran away afterwards, but he was arrested not too far from the scene.

He has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and attempted murder.

The victim, a 35-year-old man, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
