Brooklyn Attack Suspect Arrested

Man accused of shooting ten people on a Brooklyn subway train shooting facing terrorism charge.

Police have made an arrest in the shooting of ten people at a Brooklyn subway station.

Breon Peace, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, told reporters 62 year old Frank R. James  is facing a federal terrorism offense.

James, who was taken into custody just before today's press conference, stands accused in the attack that left ten people shot.

Five were in critical condition, but all are expected to survive.

Investigators say a gunman entered a subway car yesterday and set off smoke grenades before firing at least 33 shots with a 9 mm handgun.
