UPDATE: Another Suspect Arrested in Niagara Falls Homicide Investigation

UPDATE 3: Police have arrested fourth suspect in relation to a Niagara Falls murder investigation.

A 22-year-old from Scarborough has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder.

UPDATE 2: Police have charged a 21-year-old and a 25-year-old from Scarborough with second-degree murder.

A 25-year-old from Welland has also been charged with accessory after the fact.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information should contact Niagara Regional Police by calling 905-688-4111 with extension 4406.

 

UPDATE 1: The NRP is now treating this investigation as a homicide. 

Police have identified the body as a 24-year-old Toronto man. 

The autopsy was conducted yesterday. 

The NRP would still like to speak with anyone who was in the Marshall Road and Ort Road area before 12:45 p.m. on Sunday. 

 

Police have found a male body in Niagara Falls, in a wooded area close to Marshall Road and Ort Road. 

The human remains were discovered early yesterday afternoon. 

The NRP would like to speak with anyone who was in the area between 6:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. 

The Homicide and Forensics Unit is now investigating.
