Big Brothers Big Sisters of North and West Niagara says it's in urgent need of new volunteers.
The charity is looking for volunteers for its in-school and group programs.
Officials say one hour per week can have a life long impact on a child.
The program provides services to youth between the ages of 6 and 18.
