A Canadian author who lives near Windsor wants to speak to you if you've ever walked through Niagara's Screaming Tunnel, and realized... something could be there.
K.G. Miceli has written about paranormal activity near Windsor, and now wants stories about the tunnel near the QEW and Warner Road.
She heard that a woman, or girl, died in that tunnel years ago. "From there the lore kind of grew that if you go into the middle of the tunnel, at midnight, and light a wooden match, that the flame will go out and you will hear the screams. Now, there's a lot of speculation on that."
She says she first heard about this tunnel as a teenager. "I used to be really interested in looking up haunted locations, and places where weird stuff happened. So, when I started writing haunted tales stories, it was always in my vision that I would eventually write about the Screaming Tunnel."
She adds most people might experience something, but never talk about it.
