Another Horrific Discovery in Saskatchewan

A First Nation in Saskatchewan is scheduled to hold a virtual news conference later this morning on what it calls the ``horrific and shocking discovery of hundreds of unmarked graves.''

Leaders from the Cowessess First Nation will address the media today.

This following a horrific discovery of unmarked graves on the grounds of a former residential school in southern Saskatchewan.

The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation says on its website that the Cowessess school was built in 1899 by Roman Catholic missionaries.

Premier Scott Moe says everyone in the province is mourning and that sadly other Saskatchewan First Nations will experience the same shock and despair as the search for graves continues across the province.
