All-Canadian Lineup Announced for Niagara Host Society's 200-Day-Out Concert

'Rise With Glowing Hearts' Concert to Feature Tim Hicks, Loverboy, POESY and Jeremie Albino.

The Niagara Host Society has announced the lineup for the 200-Day-Out-Concert. 

The 'Rise with Glowing Hearts' concert, which marks the 200-day countdown to the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games, will be held January 20th at the Meridian Centre. 

The all-Canadian lineup will feature headliner Tim Hicks, as well as special guests Loverboy, Jeremie Albino and POESY, who will perform "Steel Heart", the anthem for the Games. 

The concert is presented by GFL Environment. 

Pre-sale tickets will be made available tomorrow for action who has signed up for the Action N22 Newsletter

The general public sale will take place on Friday. 

"We are thrilled to be bringing this exciting concert to the Niagara Region and to begin celebrating what will be a very special year for our community," says Doug Hamilton, Board Chair of the Niagara 2022 Host Society. "Embodying words from our national anthem, Rise with Glowing Hearts encourages us all to come together in celebration as we continue to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and look ahead to next year’s 2022 Canada Summer Games."

The Canada Games is held every two years, alternating between winter and summer. 

The 28th edition will mark the third time in the event's history that the Games have taken place in Ontario.
